Company History

Since 2008 we have helped hundreds of homeowners sell their homes locally for cash.

Due to the financial crisis in 2008 there was a real need for a company to assist home owners who needed a property sale on their asset but were not able to wait for buyers. Even if they could find buyers there was normally a lack of mortgages available so sales fell through.

After raising a cash fund we entered the market to fill this gap and assist people in need of our help. Thats when We Pay Cash was launched and has growth in strength since then.

Our Mission

We want to help over 500 owners every year sell their home or investment property.

If we can’t buy their home we want to help in other ways such as property refinance, mortgage, insurance and debt restructuring. We want to help you even if we can’t buy.
